It’s a hallmark of Trantino’s dedication to his film that he would let Vincent drive 1964 Chevelle Malibu like he did in the movie (driving on Lance’s front yard, and slamming head on into a side wall).
The car actually belonged to Tarantino, and got stolen during the production of the movie. It was lost to us until a cop noticed two teenagers stripping the car in 2013. The car had been stolen, it VIN altered, and the new owner was unaware that he had purchased one of the most iconic (stolen) cars in the industry.
