All potty breaks in the film are bad omen, especially for Vincent. During the film, Vincent Vegas took three, uncannily long toilet trips, none of which proved refreshing for him.
On the contrary, the moment he started walking down the aisle towards a toilet.
On his first trip, a morally empowered Vincent comes out to find an overdosed, nearly dying Mia Wallace. He steps out from his second trip (after a modest read of “Modesty Blaise”) only to find the restaurant where he and Jules are dining a robbery scene — a robbery at the restaurant, of all the places!
On his third, and final trip, Vincent finds himself facing Butch Coolidge holding his boss’s gun to his chest. The scene lasts 2 seconds and Coolidge, who has double crossed Marcellus gets the drop on him. Interestingly, he was reading “Modesty Blaise”, a powerful lesson for all Vincent fans.
