Ingredients
- 1 can of cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic (sliced)
- 1/4 cup of packed sage leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, place the beans.
- Take a fork to mash them and put it aside for later use.
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and allow it become warm.
- Add garlic, sage leaves, and stir for 4 minutes.
- Pour the olive oil from the pan over the beans and stir.
- Garnish the beans with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- Sprinkle black pepper and salt.
- Cover it and place in the fridge for one week or serve right away.
