Victoria and David Beckham are one of the sexiest couples in the world, but they aren’t immune to the medical conditions that plague regular folks. Reports say that both of the Beckhams have HSV, also known as genital herpes. There are rumors circulating about who had herpes first, so we aren’t sure if Victoria and David Beckham each contracted HSV before they met.

Victoria used to regularly hit the town in skimpy designer duds, and David has posed nude for several advertisers. We’re guessing they got their herpes under control with receiving confidential STD treatment from an STD clinic or treatment center. Then again, maybe they just pose naked during times when they don’t have a herpes outbreak. Your guess is as good as ours.
