There is no way that anyone could be as happy as Julie Andrews was portrayed in the ‘Sound of Music’, without some liquid courage or chemical help. During the shooting of the Do-Re-Mi scene in the Alps, the local farmer who owned the land would give his own brewed Schnapps to Andrews. The actress regularly took shots in between takes, while she practiced on her guitar. Rock on Julie!
