It is interesting to note that both Hillary Clinton, and Donald Trump have the same address; 1209 North Orange Street in Wilmington, Delaware. The rooms in this small nondescript building must be a tad crowded, since there are no less than 2, 85,000 corporate entities listed there. And yes that includes such corporate giants as Wal-Mart, Google, and Apple.
The Question is, why do the top two presidential candidates have corporate addresses there? Apparently for the same reason as all the other big businesses who exist at ‘Corporate Trust Center’ (as the building is euphemistically called) I.e. Tax benefits. Basically a company registered under Delaware’s loose tax laws allow business to take advantage of the so-called “Delaware loophole” though which corporations (and by default individuals who own them) may shift earnings from other states to Delaware. When it comes to helping herself to tax benefits, Hillary is no different from Trump.
