The fourth highest rated Presidential debate and the only entrant on the list to have three candidates, was between Democratic hopeful Bill Clinton, Republican President George HW Bush and Ross Perot. During the debate, which had a rating of 46.3%, Bush made a body language mistake by peeking at his watch while Perot spoke, to the audience this felt like an arrogant act by the President and he went on to lose the elections to Bill Clinton.
