Cycling exercises are another great home workout you can do right after rolling out of bed. While you can get stationary bikes in the market, air bikes are different and have more features. You can create the resistance, as the harder and faster you pedal, the more the fan will start to push back at you. This means you can change the resistance whenever you want, and it is a great high-intensity workout.
