7) Octomom – 14 Children (7 of 21)
Who could forget about Nadya Suleman, commonly referred to as “Octomom” by the press? She attracted attention – and criticism – from folks around the globe when she gave birth to octuplets as a single mom. Suleman already had 6 other children at the time, and she reportedly used IVF to become pregnant with her octuplets.
Suleman was eventually charged with welfare fraud for receiving public assistance while being paid for magazine interviews and television appearances. She was treated for “stress” (ever notice how celebs all go to rehab for that?) at a local rehab facility for 25 days, and we know she’s earned some cash from starring in pornagraphic films like “Octomom Home Alone”. We aren’t sure if she currently works, although she has publicly stated she wants to go to college and get a job to support her 14 children.
Why didn’t you mention George Foreman has 12 kids?

I can’t understand how any of these ridiculous un-real “Reality” shows even get on network television! Have we no more GOOD authors of ‘Family’ type situation comedies writing for the networks any more? I have no idea how these reality shows ever get an audience! They are not ENTERTAINING!!
Doesn’t matter on entertainment, it’s all about rating. It’s like driving past an accident and all the heads turn to look. I watched once for about ten minutes and gone. No entertainment just curious what all the BS was about.

Why do you mention one divorce at $80 mil as being most expensive, but don’t comment on Mel Gibson’s divorce costing him over 400 million? He got a raw deal because the LA courts are in the pocket of the Hollywood mafia who want to ruin him because he is too independent for them. This nonsense about him being anti Semitic is also garbage. He had too much to drink and he was feeling that the Hollywood mafia was wrecking his life. To him in his inebriated state it was ironic that the officer who pulled him over was Jewish in that he was a part of their conspiracy against him, which he was. Or that the Rothschilds were behind every war, which they were. Telling the truth doesn’t make you a racist. But pushing hate does.
It would be nice if these superstars would not allow their fame, fortune and sex appeal to over populate this earth. We are overly tapped for natural resources as it is now. It is bad enough the uneducated people or the people who do not have access to proper birth control measures but what are these super rich, well educated, people’s excuse for reckless planning? Do they really love themselves so much they believe they need to multiply at such unhealthy levels? Too sad.
Margaret I think the author was stating that Cosner’s divorce was the largest at the time, back in the mid 90’s, and that it was a game changer for how celebrity divorce settlements were ruled on after the fact.
