1) Neighbors 2 (1 of 10)

Not a horrible movie, but definitely not Citizen Kane. If you liked the first one (which in all honesty was a good enough to keep it off this list) then this was good too. However, since they basically used the same plot only interchanging a frat for a sorority..it was more predictable than anything else. Plus, Efron pretty much played a douche with a bit of a heart and that schtick is something he’s basically been banking on for far too long now.
