Everyone agrees on one thing, General Grievous could have been an amazing villain, but the directors didn’t see him like that. They only used him as they saw fit, but we still have to give credit to this villain, who didn’t have the Force, but he made up for it, with dozens of lightsabers and spinning arms that were put to good use.
