Barack Obama isn’t concerned about the kind of response he might receive by endorsing Hillary Clinton. He is a 2 term Democratic President, and also the first black President in the History of the United States, and nothing is going to stop his soaring support and approval ratings.
He also knows the power of his endorsement for Clinton’s campaign, and that it would do her a world of good, which is has. He has met with Clinton and discussed her policies with her, after which he thought that she deserved her endorsement.

Barack’s endorsement of Clinton was the assurance she was not going to win the election. Think about it – how many candidates he endorsed won; he endorsed Britain staying in the EU and we now have Brexit; he did the same for the Italian constitutional amendment which the Italians soundly rejected; he loves Merkel so the Germans is returning the favor by falling out of love with her; early on his first term he campaigned for the last summer Olympics be in the US so we had Rio. This guy who loves himself to the extreme is the touch of death to others. Thank you for endorsing Clinton.
