The general rule has always been that older Americans have more experience, more assets, and more money, but Obamacare requires millennial Americans to make financial sacrifices in order to support the cost of older Americans. That simply doesn’t make sense! Most millennial Americans have started getting cheap medical plans that don’t qualify under Obamacare and pay taxes, rather than signing up for Obamacare approved plans.
The National Center for Public Policy Research conducted a study recently, which showed that nearly 3.7 million millennial Americans between the ages of 18 to 34 could save around $500 by forgoing their insurance and paying penalties. More than 3 million of millennial Americans can save $1000 by doing the same thing! The job market isn’t getting better in America anytime soon, so it only makes sense that young Americans are going to opt out of expensive Obamacare plans and save money instead.
