Michael Alan Crooker, to save face after the FBI discovered his visits to inappropriate sites, decided to sue Microsoft and Circuit City.
The ATF booked Michael on the charges of selling an air gun with a silencer over the internet, which is illegal.
The ATF gave his computer to the FBI who then decrypted his hard drive. When he heard about it, he wanted to sue Microsoft for not taking measures to hide his data from the government.
Hey Michael, let’s not do something that will make the police take away your computer in the first place.
