16-year-old Cole Bartiromo filed a lawsuit against Trabuco Hills High School when they kicked him off the baseball team.
Why would they kick such a good lad out? The good lad had a history of gambling and defrauding people.
The fact he was wanted by the Feds played a factor in his dismissal from the team too. When his high school got the wind of his extracurricular activities, they were quick to take his baseball jersey back.
He sued the high school for $50 million, but the judge dismissed the case.
Funny lawsuit. The one with the guy about the beer is the most interesting because he just didn’t drink enough beer to make it work.
