After four years of eating her favorite cereal, Cap’n Crunch with crunch berries, someone told her that crunch berries are not an actual fruit.
The woman became infuriated and sued the cereal company for lying about the true nature of crunch berries.
The company did not think they had to state specifically on their cereal boxes that crunch berries was not an actual fruit, as no such fruit with that name exists.
Truth be told; some people aren’t that smart, as made evident by this woman. Therefore, the judge threw out her lawsuit, branding it irrelevant.
