Since having one home in Palm Beach, Florida wasn’t enough for Trump, he bought another one in 2004 for $41 million. The home was featured in his hit reality TV show The Apprentice when Kendra Todd, the show’s winner, was given the task to renovate the house.

Trump gave her a budget of $25 million and she added diamond and gold fixtures to the house.  In 2010, Trump decided to sell the mansions to Dmitry Rybolovlev, the Russian billionaire, for $95 million.
