At the age of 17, Britney Spears become a pop icon. For all the little girls, she was their role model. In 2002, the younger sister of Britney Spears, Jamie Lynn Spears, came onto the scene.
Unlike her elder sister, she started her career as an actress, starring in the show All That before getting her own show, Zoey 101. Like her older sister, she was not that lucky, as she fell pregnant.
Again, she found herself in the shadow of her older sister and a bitter, but not a grave rivalry ensued between the two. It was more jealousy than anything else though.
The sisters did not let this issue drift them apart and overcame their differences. Jamie focused on her family whereas Britney focused on restarting her career as a pop singer.
Both are doing quite well and their bond is tighter than ever before.
