Kim Ung-Yong has a verified IQ of 210. He is a Korean civil engineer who is considered a genius by many around the world. The most jaw-dropping fact about him is that he started to speak and understand Korean when he was just 6 months old.
When he turned 3, he was one of the only whiz kids in the entire world who could read Korean, Japanese, English, and German. Kim Ung-Yong was also great at solving complex calculus problems at this age.
