Did you know you can make spaghetti in the crockpot? You’re welcome. We just saved you the culinary school cost associated with online cooking classes. Well, wait…we’ve heard that some places offer free online cooking classes, but we don’t know how true that is.

To begin you will need 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers, 1 can of dice chiles, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 chix breasts, 1 can mushroom soup, 1lb of COOKED spaghetti (or your noodle of choice), 3 cups of grated cheese (we like cheddar), and 1/4 cup of chix stock.

Place all ingredients minus the cooked spaghetti and cheese in the crock for 3-4 hours.

Remove the chix breasts and shred them.  Then put them back in along with cooked spaghetti and cheese for 20-30 minutes.  Serve it up!

We like chicken spaghetti, but you can use ground beef or turkey in your culinary masterpiece. Heck, you’re the one eating it, not us. All you have to do is dump your ingredients in the slow cooker and wait a few hours for them to turn into this amazing recipe.

  • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small can mild diced green chiles
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 chicken breasts {about 1 lb.
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4-1 lb. cooked spaghetti
  • 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • a few splashes chicken stock {optional}
