5) Martin Brodeur (5/10)

Martin Brodeur was so good in stick-handling prowess as a goaltender that he was seen as the 3^rd defender for his team in goal. The NHL decided to change the rules in 2005 and only limited him to the area till where a goaltender could handle the puck.

Brodeur wasn’t thrilled about the rule change and told the newspapers that he had worked all his life to work hard and help his teammates to win but the NCAA was taking a large part of his game away from him.
