Well over 70-years-old today, Debbie Harry made a name for herself for her time leading Blondie to the top of the charts throughout the ’70s and ’80s. Today we still know, or at least pretend to know, all the words to “Heart of Glass” and “Call Me.” Seriously, great songs but a little hard to comprehend. Nevertheless we love them and her.

Who also loved her was the couple that fell for her when she was only a baby. Debbie was only a few months old when her biological parents gave her up for adoption. Luckily it didn’t take her long to find a forever home.
