During her husband’s Presidency, Hillary was named as the head of a task group that was meant to lead Health Reform. She became the 3^rd First Lady who testified in front of the House of Congress when she appeared in front of them for health insurance reform in 1993.  

Unfortunately, the Health Reform Bill, was never passed because the votes were abandoned on the Bill. However, it is commendable that she did everything in her power to ensure that it would get passed, but it wasn’t meant to be.
