Texas consists of 34% of non-white voters. On a large part, Texas swings Republican, but due to its blacks and Latinos population, Hillary Clinton sees herself winning the state, but only if they come out and vote.
If Clinton can reach out to the minority voters in Texas and other states such as Georgia and Arizona, she may have a chance at winning the election in November. Out of those three states, Clinton can expect Georgia to be on her site, as the state has the largest non-white population.
Obama won the state four years ago, securing 46% of votes from non-white voters. As we come closer to November, the battlegrounds states can change with some entering and some exiting the battleground.
