Hawking believes that since the universe is so wide and expansive, there are chances that alien life exists out there. He added that it is possible that the alien life will not be DNA based sand that can leave humans exposed and without any resistance to diseases. Hawking has done an episode on this subject “Into the Universe with Stephen Hawking” that was aired on the Discovery Channel.
