ESPN’s cameras caught Andrew Robert Rector, sleeping in the stands during a baseball game between the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox in 2014.
Most normal people would find them asleep on live TV funny, but for Andrew, this meant big money.
He thought that he was entitled to $10 million dollars from ESPN. He also said that the sportscasters referred to him as “disgusting” and “fat.”
It was not the sportscasters who said the hurtful words, but the commenters on YouTube.

Funny lawsuit. The one with the guy about the beer is the most interesting because he just didn’t drink enough beer to make it work.
