Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsp of olive oil
  2. 1 1/3 pounds of frozen pizza dough
  3. 2 cups of mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  4. 1 cup of frozen broccoli (chopped)
  5. 2 red peppers (roasted)
  6. 1/4 cup of pitted kalamata olives
  7. 1 can of tomatoes with basil and garlic (chopped)
  8. 1/4 cup of Pecorino Romano cheese (grated)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 475 degree Fahrenheit.
  2. Coat a skillet with oil. Make sure it is ovenproof.
  3. With your hands, make 14-inch round and flat dough.
  4. Wrap the dough with 2 plastic wrap sheets.
  5. On high for 1 minute, microwave 1/4 cup of water.
  6. Remove the water and put the dough in the microwave quickly.
  7. Allow the dough to rise for 20 minutes.
  8. Take it out from the microwave and unwrap one side of it.
  9. Place the dough onto the skillet, putting the exposed side down and peel off the rest of the wrap.
  10. Flip the dough one time to ensure both sides are coated with oil.
  11. Press down the edge of the dough.
  12. Sprinkle cheese on top of the dough.
  13. Place olives, tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, and Pecorino on it.
  14. Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes.
  15. Cut into slices and serve.
