Speculations were high as to whether or not Blake Shelton would come to the ACM Awards showing off his new girlfriend, Gwen Stefani.

However..Blake did NOT come with his new love, who he has called a “goddess.”

Apparently, Stefani had a performance on Good Morning America set for early Monday morning that she had to be present for.

Whew..we’re not sure how that would have ended up!
