The 51st Academy of Country Music Awards was held Sunday evening, April 3rd, at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, NV.

This year’s newcomer categories were New Male Vocalist of the Year, New Female Vocalist of the Year and New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year.

Winning the biggest award of the night, and unexpectedly, was Jason Aldean with “Entertainer Of The Year” at the American Country Music Awards.

Shocked at his name being called; Aldean kissed his wife, Brittany Kerr, before going up to give his acceptance speech.
