Conor McGregor probably got too cocky and didn’t think much about going up against Nate Diaz, since he thought he would walk all over him. In reality he should have done some research on Diaz who is an expert in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Their styles probably clashed and ‘The Notorious’ would have known that if he had picked his opponent more closely, the end result would have been different. Floyd Mayweather Junior managed to remain unbeaten throughout his career, due to the fact that he picked his opponents carefully. This is something that Conor McGregor and his management team needs to consider as well.

I have some issues with this article. 1st of all, McGregor easily made more money in losing to Diaz than you, I, and everyone reading this article will make in their entire lives combined. He probably doesn’t need any advice from you. His style is stand up striking (punches and kicks) and take down defense. Does Jon Jones need to become a better wrestler? How about Ruthless? No, that’s not their style. He lost 1 fight to a bigger man and he should be admired for handling it like a good sport.
