As the MLB season kicked off in early April, we saw Cubs without the mega prospect of Kris Bryant. This third baseman got sent to AAA for the beginning of the season, apparently to do some work on defense but certainly due to service time consideration in check.
After 12 days, his service clock got official delayed as the slugger got his debut in Chicago. Even though Bryant got struck out as much as three times in the first game, he was able to follow up with a couple of hits and three walks a day later.
