The bedlam caused by ‘The Dress’ back in February was the cause of numerous friendships being broke and households being divided all over the world. The simple tiered and lace-trimmed dress created controversy, when some people saw the dress as black and some saw it as blue, whilst others said that it was white and gold.
The debate went viral all over the internet, and #TheDress was created as well. Even celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift got in on the debate.
